At Skin & Aura, our policies are designed to protect your time, our expertise, and the elevated experience we provide. By booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or purchasing services or products, you agree to the following:

APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL
All services are by appointment only and require a valid payment method to secure your booking. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment, as we want to respect the time of all clients.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
We understand that life happens and appreciate timely communication.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Non-Members: Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Members: Because memberships are billed at a fixed monthly rate, cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of that service. Missed services cannot be credited, rescheduled, or rolled over.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking access or discontinuation of services.

MEMBERSHIPS
Our memberships are designed to support consistency and long-term skin health.
Memberships require a 4-month minimum commitment.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused monthly services do not roll over.
Membership benefits apply only while the membership remains active.
Membership Cancellation:
To cancel a membership after the initial commitment, notice must be provided in writing (email or WhatsApp) at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted, as written notice is required for proper documentation and processing.

PAYMENTS & PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
All services, packages, memberships, and programs are final sale.

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Failure to disclose information releases Skin & Aura Aesthetic Haus from liability related to treatment outcomes.
All services are performed with safety and professional discretion and may be modified or declined if contraindications are present.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
With your permission, before-and-after photos or treatment content may be captured for educational and marketing purposes. Identifying features will never be shared without consent. Clients may opt out of photography at any time by informing the provider prior to treatment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Skin & Aura Aesthetic Haus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety concerns arise, policies are repeatedly violated, aftercare instructions are not followed, or inappropriate behavior occurs.

RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product recommendations are based on professional assessment and do not guarantee results.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To maintain a calm, elevated environment:
Guests and children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless receiving a service.
Phones must be silenced during treatments.
Food and beverages are not permitted unless provided by the studio.
